SkillsFuture Credit (incl. Mid-Career Top-Up)
Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.
All Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above receive a $500 SkillsFuture Credit that never expires and can be used for any course listed on the MySkillsFuture portal. Since 1 May 2024, Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above additionally receive a one-off $4,000 SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career) top-up under the SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme, restricted to a curated list of over 7,000 higher-value courses — including full Institutes of Higher Learning qualifications (Nitec to postgraduate), SSG Career Transition Programmes, Progressive Wage Model-linked courses and workplace literacy courses. The earlier Additional SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career Support) given in 2020 has been merged into this credit and no longer expires. Both credits stack with existing course subsidies and can be used alongside each other.
