Silver Support Scheme
Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.
The Silver Support Scheme gives eligible seniors a quarterly cash supplement, assessed against three criteria used together: lifetime wages (total CPF contributions by age 55 not exceeding $140,000), household support (monthly household income per person up to $2,300), and housing (living in a 1- to 5-room HDB flat, without the person or spouse owning a 5-room or larger flat, private property, or multiple properties). Quarterly payouts are higher for smaller flat types and lower per-capita income. Payouts were raised by 20% and the household income per-person ceiling was widened from $1,800 to $2,300 from 2025. Eligible seniors are enrolled automatically at age 65, with no application required.
