MENDAKI Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS)
Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.
Introduced in 1991 and funded through an annual government grant to MENDAKI, TTFS subsidises tuition fees only (not miscellaneous fees, exam fees, study trips or exchange programmes) for full-time undergraduates receiving the MOE Tuition Grant at local government-funded universities. From Academic Year 2026/2027, households with per capita income (PCI) up to $2,400 can qualify: 100% subsidy at PCI $1,700 and below, 75% at $1,701-$2,000, 50% at $2,001-$2,200, and a newly added 25% tier at $2,201-$2,400.
