The Earn and Save Bonus (ESB) is the recurring component of the Majulah Package, meant to help older working Singaporeans build up retirement and healthcare savings. Eligible working seniors get an annual bonus credited to their CPF account every March, with lower-income seniors receiving the largest bonus. Persons with disabilities, ComCare Short-to-Medium-Term Assistance recipients, and caregivers of qualifying care recipients (excluding those in nursing homes) earning under $500/month may still qualify for a concessionary bonus.
