LBKM Bursaries & Scholarships
Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.
LBKM (Lembaga Biasiswa Kenangan Maulud) is a Malay/Muslim community self-help group running need-based bursaries covering MOE schools, madrasahs, pre-diploma/diploma programmes, and bachelor's, master's and PhD study locally or overseas. Income eligibility is assessed on gross household income (GHI) and per-capita income (PCI), with caps that rise at higher study levels — for example PCI $1,400/GHI $5,600 for MOE Secondary/JC students, up to PCI $2,750/GHI $13,750 for overseas Bachelor's study. Exact bursary amounts vary by level and are published with each year's application round. Applicants cannot hold another institution-administered bursary or scholarship in the same academic year.
