Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.

The S&CC Rebate component of the GST Voucher scheme offsets Service & Conservancy Charges for eligible HDB flat owner-occupiers every quarter. Smaller flat types get a larger number of months rebated. It is disbursed automatically alongside U-Save, with no application required.
