Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.

The Cash component of the permanent GST Voucher (GSTV) scheme is a recurring yearly payment giving lower-income Singaporean adults some money for immediate needs. It runs alongside three other GSTV components (MediSave, U-Save, S&CC Rebate) that together cushion the impact of GST on daily living costs. The payout shrinks as the annual value of a recipient's home rises, so the neediest households get the most.
