The Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) gives first-timer couples and families up to $120,000 toward a new or resale HDB flat, with the exact amount tiered so lower-income households receive more; average gross monthly household income must be $9,000 or less to qualify (halved to $4,500 if one applicant is a second-timer). Eligible singles can get up to $60,000 alone, or up to $120,000 combined when buying with another single, with a standard income ceiling of $4,500 (up to $9,000 in some cases, such as buying with other singles or a resale flat with parents). At least one buyer or spouse must have been continuously employed for the 12 months before applying.
