Enabling Transport Subsidy (ETS)

Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.

ETS subsidises up to 80% of transport fees for Singapore Citizens and PRs with disabilities who rely on dedicated transport arranged by a Social Service Agency (SSA) to reach MSF-approved services, including the Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC), Special Education (SPED) schools, Day Activity Centres, Sheltered Workshops, Special Student Care Centres, the Enabling Skills for Life Programme, Enabling Business Hubs and Enabling Service Hubs. The exact subsidy depends on citizenship, household income, mobility needs (wheelchair versus ambulant) and transport cost. It's means-tested at a monthly per-capita household income of $4,800 or less (or Annual Value of $21,000 or less if the household has no income), and recipients cannot use it together with the Taxi Subsidy Scheme.
