Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.
This Eurasian Association scheme provides pocket-money assistance to school-going students who are Eurasian, or who have one Eurasian parent, from lower-income households. The published application criteria set out the income eligibility but do not disclose the exact payout amount.
