CPF Housing Grant for Resale Flats (Singles) — "Singles Grant"

Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.

This CPF Housing Grant — sometimes called the Singles Grant — is a separate scheme from the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant, reserved for first-timer single Singapore Citizens aged 35 and above (or 21 and above if buying with a non-resident spouse) buying an HDB resale flat. It pays $40,000 toward a 4-room or smaller flat, or $25,000 for a 5-room or larger flat — half the amount families receive. Buying together with a parent or another eligible single lets each applicant claim their own grant, so two singles buying a 4-room or smaller flat together can receive up to $80,000 combined ($50,000 for 5-room or larger). The income ceiling is $7,000 if buying alone, or $14,000 if buying with family members or other singles. It can be combined with the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant and Proximity Housing Grant, for up to $115,000 in total grants for an eligible single buying alone.
