Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.

ComCare Interim Assistance provides immediate financial assistance to individuals and families who need urgent and temporary financial relief. It uses the same income guideline as ComCare SMTA — a per capita household income (PCHI) benchmark of $800/month or below, raised from $650 in July 2023 — though this is not a hard cutoff, and Social Service Offices may extend help to households above the benchmark that face heavier essential expenses, such as housing rental or a child's special education costs.
