Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.
Aimed at households struggling to cover basic living or their children's education costs, this programme provides grants toward rent, utilities, childcare and student-care fees, plus grocery vouchers for daily needs. It also offers job-search and skills-training guidance, mentoring from Volunteer Family Befrienders, and children's programmes such as the Supervised Homework Group (Primary 4-6) and Project YOUth Can Shine (Secondary 1-2 maths support). The exact assistance given is assessed case by case.
