Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.

Announced in Budget 2026, the Enhanced Cost-of-Living (COL) Special Payment is a one-time cash payout to help Singaporeans manage living costs. It reaches further up the income scale than the GST Voucher or Assurance Package cash payments, covering assessable incomes up to $100,000, with the amount set by both income and home annual value.
